Kendon Trailers

Postby Ace! » Sun Oct 05, 2014 5:20 pm

Anyone have experience with Kendon Stand-Up trailers? I am interested in their DB507 (three-rail). Good, bad, ugly?

I helped a guy load a BMW onto one once.....

Tawmass was buying one a couple years ago IIRC.

I actually have two Kendon Trailers: the two rail model and the ATV model (for the OMRA trailwork ATV). I also have a two friends that own them: a two rail like mine, and the three rail like what you are looking for. They are top notch, built well and stand up and can be rolled out of the way (if I only had a shop). But you will pay for them, though they are worth it.

Tom,

Were you able to find a place that sells them locally (I realize your local is different than mine)? I used their dealer locator and it looks like the closest (to me) may be in Gladstone or Sacramento.

Got them used. Didn't realize there was a dealer local.

I can't find a used one, but may have found a discounted price on a new combo/three rail. If we can agree on the price, I hope to have it by the end of next week.

Adhuntr is one way to search all Craigslist.... for instance Kendon in the West..

I should add that those trailers tend to sell fast....most postings are deleted within a few days.

Thanks! You're right, they sell quick and for big money!

I think I'll go discounted new if I can get them to agree on a price. Maybe I'll have to pay more just because used seems to sell so quick.

I'm good friends with the president of Kendon. They make a very well engineered and well built product.
Any motorcycle dealership that sells products from Tucker / Rocky distributing can get you a Kendon product.

Yep, I couldn't get it at the price I wanted, so I'm waiting a bit. Definitely looks like a good product.

Bought one not with Kendon, but with 4 Wheel Online. And yes very sturdy, easy to use and heavy duty. Pretty much worth the money.
