The only significant place that I know that is open is Tillamook State forest...Browns Camp.
There's also Hood River County...info here: http://www.co.hood-river.or.us/index.as ... BASIC&SEC={7DA2793D-5DB7-4C5E-AA66-FA28925E66E2}

When I picked up my Outlander in Bend Oregon from Pro-Caliber there were plenty of places to ride not very far away, I will be picking my New Renegade up in about 3 weeks and will be looking for a place to ride when I'm in Bend Barr North comes to mind and I believe it is open year around, here is a link to some ATV riding areas that seems to be really informative.

Hope that helps

I was just looking at the Browns Camp area, it is really not that far away maybe an HR drive or so with good traffic conditions. For some reason I thought it was farther away. ](*,)

If you are talking about "Safety Education Card" you can do it only took no time at all.

I didn't think it was much just have to sit down and do it. Anything else needed to ride in Oregon.

NOPE !! as far as I know that is all you need as long as your up to date on all your quad Licenses and stuff. That's what the NAZI DNR guy told me last time he pulled me over at Jones Creek
