2016 KTM 250xcfw, cold start problem

EFI has stopped feeding rich fuel mixture on cold startup. Starts easy when warm and runs perfect, makes full power. Bike just suddenly hard to cold start, Have to roll throttle up and down and maintain high idle or it will die. Over 100 hrs on bike, valves are on spec.

Check the sparkplug gap, or better yet swap it with a new one. Then verify the TPS voltage has not drifted, which could also be adjusted slightly to improve this. Compression/Bleed-down test would also be on my list to verify. If you have a riding buddy with a matching ECU, swap and see if the issue is with the box.
