Camp Rev /Panic Rev Camp -Washougal -Input Please

Postby deminimis » Thu Jun 07, 2012 11:17 am

Thinking I might take The Boy to Camp Rev this August. If you or your nuggets have been to one of their camps and/or know someone that has, please PM your candid opinion of the experience. Not a lot of extra cheddar in my wallet these days, so I must choose wisely. Again, please do it via a PM as I truly want your candid opinions. Thanks!!

To me any camp, instruction or positive input for the sport is a good thing. My oldest son did Tony D’s Moto Cross class a couple of times, and learned some new technical, etc.

Remember “ Dad can not teach their kids anything”

Sounds like a good camp. http://www.camprev.com/washington-camp

RUTS will be there! \:D/

Save $50 by registering before July 11.

All I hear from track guys is how much MX improves your riding.

So many corners in MX. All you do is turn.

So getting better at turns makes you faster on the trails?

Who knew?

Just got word from PanicRev that there are 41 kiddos entered (Emily just got signed up today).

If you are going, I hope you like the food 'cuz RUTS folks will be preparing it!

Scott sent us the menu. Sure is a lot of bacon in it. Like every meal. Maybe has something to do with gripper seats, but I dunno.

Three days at 6 hours seat time per day on the Washougal National track. Cool beans. (No beans in the menu though...sorry dads :( )

If you aren't signed up yet, it's not too late!

Robby attended Camp Rev a couple of years ago at Glen Helen. He had a great time and made some great friends. Christian Craig, Timmy Wiegan, and many others...
Great fellowship and devotionals too. Robby and I will be there in August. Looking forward to it!
