East Fort Rock Track Logs

Postby Danno » Sat Jun 16, 2007 10:08 pm

I'm putting together track logs for China Hat (EFR) to use with my Garmin GPS. Does anybody have any of the trails logged and would like to share them? I probably have a dozen or so already. I'm going to edit them to 250 points or less to use on my Garmin V. At the intersections I will have waypoints that will have the trail numbers tagged. This should provide a quick reference and save time digging out the map. I will have a data base that will be easy to share by e-mail. Let me know if anybody is interested. Danno

EFR Garmin Data on the way!

Postby Danno » Sat Jun 23, 2007 12:09 pm

You will soon be able to see a sample of EFR trails for your Garmin GPS. I am still missing a lot of trails and could use any track logs of the area. I’m cataloging just the trail system. You will be able to see the trails are colored like the map and there are trail markers at the intersections. Please PM me with any info you would like to share. When I’m ready to e-mail copies, there will be a key that explains the tagging system. Danno
