Christmas Valley Questions

Postby Rx2Ride » Fri Jan 26, 2018 6:39 am

Gents,

I've never been to Christmas Valley and it's been on "my list" for a few years now. I have a few questions I'm hoping you may be able to help.

Can I get a 30' toy hauler into Juniper Camp?

Can the family (all motorcycles, including beginners) ride around in the flats without a paddle or is it just too soft? "Beach" sand or heavier / more volcanic?

4200’…I’m guessing it’s far enough East that snow will not be an issue in late March, but I’m really guessing here.

Thoughts?

Thank you.

It's been awhile since I have been - but I will share what I know -you should be able to get your toy hauler in no problem from a space/turn around perspective.

I have been there in the winter after some really wet rains and the road in - had some large puddles but they had firm bottoms
And were not a problem.

Those with out paddles will be fine and should still have a good time. In addition to the dunes there are also 2 track roads to explore that are combo sand & dirt.
