About me: My name is Ami and I was
born in 1979. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest until I moved to the Portland
Metro area in 1998. I have two boys who are my world. I enjoy riding, camping,
hiking, fishing, taking pictures and scrapbooking.
My favorite riding area: I don’t have just one favorite riding area as they are all unique. Hood River is a great place to ride dirt trails. China Hat for a mix of dirt and sand. Sand Lake for a quick trip to the dunes and trails. South Jetty for the razorbacks.
My first bike/ATV: My first bike
I didn’t have to share with anyone was a 2004 Suzuki LTZ250. When I first
started riding: I started riding quads when I was 5 years old. It was a quad
that my older step-sisters, step-brother and all the cousins learned to ride.
It was the highlight of the summers on the farm. When I got older I would ride
my brother’s bike or go to a friend’s house to ride.
My riding experience: I am not one
to race but i enjoy going out and having some fun. There is nothing like putting
the helmet on and just enjoying the ride.I love that this is a sport my whole
family can enjoy.
My favorite saying: I wanna
wake up every morning with a passion. I wanna wake up with a smile on my face
and be able to say I love what I do. You can dream about it or you could go out
